1. Processing Time

Since we offer customizable jewelry, processing time varies based on the type of product.

🛠 Processing Time:

  • Premade Chain + Charm Jewelry: 1-2 business days
  • Custom-Engraved Jewelry: 5-7 business days

📌 Note: Processing time does not include shipping time.


2. Shipping Time & Methods

$35 USD within the United States
$60 USD for international orders

4. Order Tracking
