At Le Voyage Jewelry, we are committed to creating beautiful, meaningful jewelry that tells your story. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist!


1. Return Policy

Eligible for Return:

  • Non-customized jewelry (must be unworn and in its original condition)
  • Premade chain + charm jewelry (as long as no engraving or custom modifications were made)
  • Items damaged in transit (must provide proof within 48 hours of delivery)

🚫 Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom-engraved or made-to-order jewelry
  • Jewelry that has been altered per customer request (e.g., custom chain length, personalized designs)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

📌 Return Window:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

📌 Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

📌 How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Email us at info@levoyagejewelry.ca with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit.

2. Refund Policy

💰 Refunds are issued in the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

🚫 No Refunds for:

  • Custom-engraved or personalized jewelry
  • Items returned outside the 14-day return window
  • Items not in their original, unworn condition

📌 Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide photos of the item & packaging for faster resolution.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, return your eligible purchase and place a new order.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:
Check your bank account (some transactions take longer to reflect).
Contact your bank or payment provider for processing delays.
